Since taking over the store in July 2025, Judy has quickly become a familiar face in the centre, known for her focus, honesty, and passion for learning.

We recently sat down with her for a quick Q&A so you can get to know the person blending your favourite drinks.

What inspired you to join Boost Juice at Burwood One?
Judy saw a great opportunity in both the location and the franchise itself, a perfect match for her drive and business mindset.

What’s most popular with shoppers right now?
No surprises here: Mango Magic is the clear winner. It’s the national #1 drink, and Burwood One customers love it just as much.

What’s your favourite thing in-store at the moment?
Watching the store grow and improve from the previous kiosk setup has been a highlight!

Honest. Focused. Always learning.

What do you enjoy most about working at Burwood One?
The buzz of weekend trade and the fantastic food options around the centre.

Any hobbies or interests outside of work?
Tennis — and lots of it.

What’s the best part of your job?
Running the show from end to end. Judy loves being hands-on with everything: bookkeeping, admin, and all things Boost.

Do you have regular customers you know by name?
Absolutely. Around 10 regulars stop by often enough that the team knows their orders by heart.

Funniest customer request?
“No ice” in a smoothie (a challenge!) or splitting one drink into two, or sometimes even four, tiny cups.

Favourite time of year in the centre?
Summer, thanks to the busy atmosphere. Though personally, Judy prefers the colder months.
